Onboarding Co-ordinator
Roles and responsibilities
The role of the onboarding Co-Ordinator is to ensure orders are validated and submitted to the delivery teams within SLA. The co-ordinator will need a keen eye for detail along with the ability to open lines of communication with various departments around the business.
The onboarding co-ordinator will ensure that the delivery teams have everything they require to deliver the service. If this isn’t provided to them first time, it’s the onboarding agents duty to obtain this from the sales teams.
The onboarding co-ordinator must have excellent communication skills both verbally and written.Duties will include but not limited to the following
To ensure all validation steps are followed and completed accurately
To complete any bespoke requests
Ensure all details provided to the delivery teams are accurate and up to date
To work alongside sales and PMO to ensure a smooth delivery
Creating orders on bespoke systems
Attending meetings where needed to ensure projects are validated correctly with a right first-time mentality
To ensure all orders are validated correctly within the agreed SLA
To build orders in bespoke systems (Nova)
To create accounts
To onboard customer to the company portal
To ensure all cancellations are passed to the relevant teams in line with SLA
Any other Ad-hoc duties
Have a reasonable understanding of the communication industry and its products
Keen eye for detail
Confidence to escalate where needed
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Experience in Microsoft applications
Ability to manage your own workload in a fast-paced environment
