Procurement Coordinator Atlantis, Cape Town - Market Related

A well-established FMCG operation based in Atlantis Industrial has an exciting opportunity for a Procurement Coordinator to join their operations team. The successful candidate will report directly to the Operations Manager and play a key role in supporting procurement administration, purchasing processes, and supply coordination.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Assisting with purchase order preparation and administration
  • Maintaining import files and ensuring required permits are in place
  • Liaising with suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Supporting production and stock planning activities
  • Assisting the procurement team with ad-hoc requirements

Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric (tertiary qualification advantageous)
  • 13 years of experience in an FMCG procurement or administration environment
  • Strong administrative, coordination, and communication skills
  • Computer literate (MS Excel, Word, Outlook); SAP Business One advantageous
  • Own reliable transport and flexibility to meet operational demand
