Marketing Manager

A leading automotive brand is hiring a commercially minded Marketing Manager to take full ownership of its Light Commercial Vehicle (LCV) portfolio within their strategic marketing team. Reporting to the Head of Strategic Marketing, you will drive brand equity, consumer consideration, and market share growth across the LCV range.

A core focus will be leading the strategic positioning and market launch of a new vehicle range.

• Strategic Marketing & Launches: Develop and execute data-driven marketing plans and campaigns.
• Research & Insights: Utilize market research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to guide strategic positioning, campaign channels, and messaging.
• Value Chain & Dealer Alignment: Collaborate cross-functionally across Sales, Product, Aftersales, and the Dealer Network to build customer journeys, drive dealer traffic, and enable network capability.
• Agency & Campaign Management: Brief and manage external agencies across digital, traditional media, PR, influencer marketing, sponsorships, and experiential events.
• Budget & ROI Performance: Manage the LCV marketing budget, track campaign performance, and measure return on marketing investment (ROMI) against commercial KPIs.

• Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Brand Management, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of commercial marketing management experience, with strong automotive and LCV/pickup exposure.
• Clear understanding of automotive value chains (fleet, dealerships, aftersales) and budget/ROI metrics.
• Proven track record of using research and data to inform marketing decisions and campaign strategies.
• Experience managing creative agencies and managing multiple campaign deliverables independently.

The role is based in office, in Centurion and will suit a data informed marketer who knows the commerical automotive category well.
