Marketing Manager Agriculture

Minimum requirements for the role:

• Must have a degree in Marketing or related field
• Minimum 5 years in a marketing management role in the agricultural industry
• Strong analytical and project management skills
• Confident, dynamic and self-motivated personality with a strong creative outlook
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively at multiple levels within the organisation
• Fluency in Afrikaans and English (verbal and written communication)
• Must have a valid drivers licence and reliable transport

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Managing all marketing activities and functions within the marketing department.
• Developing the marketing strategy in line with company objectives.
• Coordinating marketing campaigns with sales incentives.
• Overseeing the marketing budget and implementing cost-saving strategies.
• Creating and publishing all marketing material in line with marketing plans.
• Planning and implementing promotional campaigns.
• Monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing communications.
• Taking overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity.
• Preparing online and print marketing campaigns.
