My client is looking for a motivated, well-organized Sales & Operations professional with strong retail and customer service experienceideally in luxury décor or the building industry.

Responsibilities:

• Drive sales and exceed targets
• Manage stock and merchandising
• Build client relationships and handle financial transactions
• Lead a small team and improve workflows
• Work with Pastel, Excel, Word, and Google Workspace

Requirements:

• Proven retail sales experience (with references)
• Strong admin and multitasking skills
• Confident with numbers and customer service
