My client is now looking for a driven and detail-oriented Accountant to join their growing team and help shape the financial foundations of our continued success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting activities including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare and monitor project budgets, cost reports, and forecasts.
- Track and reconcile subcontractor and supplier accounts.
- Produce monthly management accounts and assist with year-end reporting.
- Support payroll processing and job costing functions.
- Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and external stakeholders.
- Identify and implement process improvements to boost financial efficiency.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bcom Accounting degree
- Must come from a construction environment
- Excel and Build Smart exposure essential
