Aircon Support Specialist â HVAC

Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and guidance to contractors, engineers, and clients on HVAC systems
- Assist with fault finding and troubleshooting across a wide range of equipment
- Support with system design queries and product selection
- Conduct site visits (when required) to assess technical issues and provide solutions
- Liaise with internal teams regarding product performance and improvements
- Assist with technical documentation, reports, and feedback
- Provide product training and technical support to clients and partners
- Ensure all technical advice aligns with industry standards and best practices
Technical Requirements
Strong working knowledge of:
- AHUs, VRVs, VRF systems
- Chillers, split units, package units, inverter systems
- Ventilation systems and ducting
- Basic electrical and electronic principles
- BMS (Building Management Systems)
- Technical Diploma in HVAC, HPAC or similar
- Proven experience in HVAC (installation, maintenance, or technical support background)
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Up-to-date with industry trends and technologies
- Computer literate
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- Organised and able to manage multiple technical queries
- Team player with the ability to work independently
