Financial Controller

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Financial Controller to join a well-established organisation based in Sandton. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of the full finance function while working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where your expertise will directly contribute to the success of the business.
Duties:
- Oversee the full financial reporting function and ensure compliance with IFRS.
- Prepare monthly management accounts and annual financial statements.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow reporting.
- Ensure accurate reconciliations and month-end close processes.
- Liaise with auditors and manage the annual audit process.
- Drive financial controls, process improvements, and compliance.
- Partner with operational stakeholders to support commercial decision-making.
Education and experience:
- CA(SA) qualification is essential.
- 35 years' post-articles experience.
- Previous experience within the property industry will be highly advantageous.
- MDA experience is non-negotiable.
