Financial Manager

We are looking for an experienced Financial Manager for a well-established motor dealership in Cape Town.
Duties:
- Manage the full financial function of the dealership.
- Monthly management accounts and financial reporting.
- Budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management.
- VAT, tax and statutory compliance.
- Debtors, creditors and payroll oversight.
- Financial controls, audits and risk management.
- Manage and develop the finance team.
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer and company policies.
Requirements:
- Relevant Financial Qualification (BCom, Accounting or similar).
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Financial Manager within a motor dealership.
- Strong knowledge of dealership financial processes and controls.
- Experience with automotive dealer management systems.
- Excellent leadership, analytical and reporting skills.
- Stable work history with contactable references.
