What Youll Be Doing- Managing the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle within the engineering sector
- Driving business development and expanding your client base
- Sourcing, engaging, and placing high-calibre engineering talent
- Building long-term client partnerships and candidate networks
- Delivering market insights and salary benchmarking
- Consistently achieving and exceeding revenue targets
