HR Administrator

Minimum requirements:

  • Matric (Grade 12).
  • HR Diploma/Certificate (advantageous but not always essential).
  • 1–2 years HR administration or general admin experience.
  • Computer literacy: MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of HR documentation (contracts, onboarding, timesheets, leave forms).
  • Ability to capture and upload employee and payroll documentation accurately into the HRIS system.
  • Skilled in preparing, filing, and maintaining employee onboarding, leave, and payroll records, mostly for wage staff
  • Able to compile and update Health & Safety files in line with SHEQ requirements.
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to work with a headcount of over 600 employees
