Key Responsibilities:
- Manage technical teams , machinery and warehouse department including spares
- Conduct preventative and corrective maintenance on production equipment
- Troubleshoot machine breakdowns and perform repairs
- Monitor machine performance and identify improvement opportunities
- Manage and monitor critical spare parts for machinery
- Assist in reducing downtime and improving operational efficiency
- Support machine changeovers, servicing, and maintenance planning
- Maintain a proactive approach to equipment reliability and maintenance
Machines include:
- Injection moulding machines
- Blow moulding machines
- Filling machines
- Labelling machines
- Soap stamping equipment
Minimum Requirements:
- Mechanical Engineering qualification preferred (Diploma, B.Tech)
- Must be a qualified Millwright with Trade Test - Red Seal
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Strong mechanical fault-finding and problem-solving ability
- Experience with preventative maintenance and machine servicing
- Ability to work independently and troubleshoot machinery effectively
- Exposure to automated production equipment advantageous
