A well-established coffee shop franchise is looking for a hands-on Hospitality Manager with a strong business owners mentality to run and grow multiple stores across Gauteng

Minimum requirements:

• Proven experience in hospitality management, preferably in coffee shops or quick-service restaurants
• A creative approach to marketing and driving store growth
• Strong business acumen and an owners mindset to grow the business
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high standards
• Valid drivers license and willingness to travel between stores
• Loyal, reliable, and passionate about delivering exceptional service

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and performance across multiple franchise locations
• Manage and schedule barista teams to ensure smooth service
• Control stock levels, ordering, and supplier relationships
• Monitor security systems and maintain store safety standards
• Develop creative marketing ideas to drive foot traffic and sales
• Travel between stores to support, train, and motivate teams
• Work closely with owners to grow each site and increase profitability
