Digital Solutions Sales Executive

Minimum Requirements:

• Experience selling B2B solutions to companies, ideally in technology, digital, or professional services
• Experience selling digital or online services, such as SEO, digital marketing, or website optimization, is a strong advantage
• Comfortable using CRM systems and sales reporting tools
• Client-centric mindset with a focus on long-term value
• Commercially driven and target-focused

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities across website development, custom software development, and application development
• Engage clients to understand business goals, operational challenges, and digital requirements
• Sell bespoke digital solutions rather than off-the-shelf products, positioning value based on outcomes and long-term impact
• Conduct structured discovery sessions to uncover client needs related to digital presence, internal systems, customer experience, and automation
• Work closely with technical and development teams to scope appropriate solutions, timelines, and commercial models
• Translate client requirements into clear, well-defined solution proposals.
• Identify opportunities to include digital marketing services alongside website or application development, such as:
• SEO and search optimisation
• Website performance optimisation
• Ongoing content or digital support
• Carry and consistently deliver against defined monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
• Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and activity tracking in line with company standards
• Identify opportunities for repeat business, enhancements, and ongoing support
• Support long-term client value through upsell and cross-sell of digital and marketing services
• Reach and chase sales targets in booking and identifying new opportunities
