Area Sales Manager

Qualifications: BCom

Job Duties:

The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities in the designated area. Duties include:

• Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets and increase market share
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients
• Identifying new business opportunities and developing leads
• Conducting market research to identify trends and competitor activities
• Preparing and delivering sales presentations to clients
• Negotiating contracts and closing deals
• Monitoring sales performance and providing regular reports to management
• Training and motivating sales teams to achieve targets
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving any issues or complaints

Required Qualifications:

• BCom degree or equivalent in a relevant field

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Experience in managing a sales team

Knowledge and Skills:

• Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software

Preferred Qualifications:

• Additional certifications or qualifications in sales or marketing

Working Conditions:

The Area Sales Manager will primarily work in an office environment but will also be required to travel within the designated area to meet clients. The role may involve occasional weekend or evening work to accommodate client meetings or events.
