Junior Salesforce Systems Administrator

Requirements:

• Relevant Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Systems, or a related field.
• 12 years experience in Salesforce administration, systems administration, business systems, or a related IT environment.
• Practical knowledge and understanding of:
• Salesforce administration and configuration
• User and profile management
• Roles, permissions, and access controls
• Salesforce objects, fields, relationships, and page layouts
• Reports and dashboards
• Data management and data quality
• Workflow and automation concepts
• Troubleshooting and system support
• Basic SQL and database concepts will be advantageous
• Experience supporting users and resolving system-related queries.
• Understanding of Salesforce best practices and security principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Salesforce Administrator certification will be advantageous.
