Credit Administrator Location: Epping, Cape Town

A well-established company based in the Epping area is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organised Credit Administrator to join its finance team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual looking to build a long-term career within a professional financial environment.

Key Requirements
  • National Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (essential)
  • Minimum 35 years' experience in a credit control, accounts receivable, or credit administration role
  • Strong working knowledge of BuildSmart software (essential)
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel spreadsheet skills
  • Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and maintain customer credit accounts
  • Monitor outstanding debtors and follow up on overdue accounts
  • Perform credit checks and assist with credit application processing
  • Reconcile customer accounts and resolve account queries
  • Prepare debtor age analyses and management reports
  • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
  • Capture and process receipts, journals, and account adjustments
  • Support month-end reporting and finance administration functions
  • Liaise with customers, internal departments, and management regarding account matters
