Salary: R35 000

• 510 years'' experience in hospitality or restaurant operations
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Computer literacy
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays

• Manage front-of-house and back-of-house operations
• Analyse sales, costs, and KPIs to improve performance
• Drive profitability and operational efficiency
• Oversee stock control, supplier relationships, and asset management
• Train, coach, and develop team members
• Ensure exceptional customer service and client satisfaction
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial targets
• Oversee reporting, administration, and compliance
• Ensure health and safety standards are maintained
• Build strong relationships with guests, staff, and stakeholders
