Minimum Requirements

Matric
Own reliable vehicle and valid driver’s licence
Minimum 2 years of successful self-sourced sales experience
Experience working in a target-driven, high-pressure environment
Strong admin and marketing abilities

Preferred Experience

3+ years in property finance or financial services
Track record of self-managed lead generation and pipeline growth

Key Responsibilities

Independent Lead Generation:

Proactively identify and engage prospective clients through direct marketing, relationship building with estate agents and bond originators, community outreach, events, and social media. No warm leads are provided – success in this role depends on your ability to generate and convert your own pipeline.

Client Needs Analysis:

Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand both financial and personal goals. Pre-qualify clients based on affordability and creditworthiness.

Customised Financial Solutions:

Present suitable home finance packages based on client needs. Provide full clarity on processes, requirements, and benefits.

Deal Closure:

Manage the full application process, ensure thorough documentation, and guide clients to final approval with full transparency on terms and conditions.

Ongoing Client Engagement:

Maintain consistent communication, provide updates, respond to queries, and nurture post-sale relationships to secure referrals.

Administrative Accuracy:

Ensure accurate capture of applications and full compilation of supporting documentation for processing.
