Group Financial Manager

A growing investment and property-focused group is looking for a Group Financial Accountant to join their finance team and support the group reporting function across local and international operations.

Key Responsibilities- Group consolidations and reporting across multiple entities (German Listed Entity)
- Preparing monthly management accounts and reporting packs
- Supporting the preparation of IFRS-compliant Annual Financial Statements
- Managing intercompany reconciliations and balance sheet reviews
- Assisting with budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis
- Supporting international reporting requirements and foreign operations
- Liaising with auditors and assisting with year-end processes
- Strengthening financial controls and improving reporting processes
- Supporting Dubai based accountants and Bookkeepers (team of 4)
- CA(SA)
- 2-3 years post article commercial exposure in a group setting
- Strong experience in group reporting or multi-entity environments
- Solid understanding of IFRS and consolidations
- Exposure to international operations or foreign entities
- Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical ability
- Strong attention to detail and deadline-driven mindset
- Management of accountants and bookkeepers (team of 4)
- Technically strong with a passion for group finance
- Highly ambitious
- Commercially minded with strong analytical thinking
- Able to work independently while engaging across teams
- Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-moving environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management ability
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally extensively
