Systems Trainer

Our client, a reputable company committed to growth and innovation, is seeking a dedicated Systems Trainer to empower call centre agents and sales staff with the essential skills to navigate internal systems, CRM platforms, and telephony tools.

Where You'll Make an Impact:

• Deliver comprehensive training sessions to enhance user proficiency across various operational software
• Design, develop, and continuously update engaging training materials, user guides, and e-learning modules
• Conduct both in-person and virtual training workshops, including group sessions, one-on-one coaching, and refresher courses
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance data to ensure continuous improvement
• Collaborate with IT and Operations teams to identify and address system-related knowledge gaps
• Support onboarding processes with targeted systems training for new employees
• Maintain accurate training records and generate reports on completion rates and competency levels

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in systems training or related roles
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt training approaches to diverse audiences
• Proficiency in creating engaging training content and materials
• Experience with CRM platforms, telephony tools, and operational software

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of the automotive or wholesale industry
• Familiarity with e-learning development tools
