Cloud Sysadmin & Support Technician (Intermediate)

This role offers broad exposure across cloud administration, security tooling, and virtual infrastructure, while still allowing handsâon involvement with endâuser support when needed. Youll work closely with IT and security teams to manage cloud environments, strengthen security posture, and support core systems.

Key Responsibilities- Manage and support Azure Active Directory (AD) and Microsoft Intune environments
- Maintain and secure cloud network infrastructure and systems
- Implement, monitor, and maintain security solutions including Mimecast and Microsoft Defender
- Provide support across Windows Server and Linux environments
- Deliver internal IT user support and collaborate with teams to ensure compliance and security standards
- Education: Relevant IT qualification or equivalent practical experience
- Experience:
- Proven handsâon experience with Azure Active Directory (AD)
- Experience supporting Windows Server environments
- Exposure to Microsoft Intune and cloud-based administration
- Understanding of cloud networking and security fundamentals
- Skills:
- Azure AD, Intune, and Microsoft security tooling
- Windows Server and basic Linux support
- Familiarity with security concepts, monitoring, backups, alerts, and system administration
