Key Responsibilities
  • Operate switchboard (4 incoming lines & 10 extensions) and handle calls professionally.
  • Take accurate messages and distribute to relevant staff.
  • Welcome visitors, issue tags, and arrange dust coats for production visits.
  • Maintain cleanliness of reception area and boardrooms (before and after meetings).
  • Prepare tea and coffee for visitors.
  • Manage stationery and grocery control, including issuing stock and month-end stock take.
  • Assist with filing, archiving, and other ad hoc administrative tasks.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and telephone etiquette
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Professional, friendly demeanour
  • Must wear professional and elegant attire at all times
  • Excel experience and Computer skills required
