- Have had a strong track record of managerial success within the restaurant / food service / hospitality space.
- Be in possession of suitable and relevant hospitality diplomas / certificates.
- Be computer literate and display strong numeracy skills.
- Have the ability to read a basic set of monthly management accounts.
- Have the maturity which aligns with the primary target market.
- Possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills and prepared to lead from the front.
- Have strong knowledge and experience of both FOH and BOH operations including staff recruitment and training.
