We are looking for a professional Office Co-ordinator to assist a dynamic team with various administrative and logistic support.
Requirements:
- Minimum Matric certificate
- Ideal post-matric qualification / Degree / Certificate
- Minimum of 3 years work experience in the relevant space
- Strong communication skills
- Good computer skills
- Professional appearance
Duties:
- Front Desk Administration - ad hoc basis
- Arrange meetings/boardroom bookings
- Travel arrangements
- Purchasing stationary and refreshments
- Attend to complaints
- Assist to all email correspondence
- DHL courier bookings
- Assist with logistic challenges of office - parking arrangements / beverages / housekeeping
- Recon of Invoices/petty cash/orders
- Cash and Credit card processing
- General administration
