D365 Logistics Functional Consultant

We are seeking experienced and motivated D365 Logistics Functional Consultants to join an exciting project with our client, supporting Coca-Cola's advanced Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) Logistics and Warehousing environment.

As a consultant, you will work within a dynamic team to support highly customized D365 implementations, ensuring system efficiency and alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert-level support for highly customized implementations of D365 Logistics and Warehousing solutions.
• Collaborate with Accenture teams and Coca-Cola’s business stakeholders to investigate and resolve incidents, ensuring alignment with defined service level agreements.
• Transfer business process knowledge effectively to Accenture's internal team members.
• Act as a liaison between functional and technical teams to ensure accurate translation of business requirements.
• Review and assess current business processes, offering optimization recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and system quality.
• Analyze major incidents to identify root causes, proposing and supporting the implementation of process and system improvements.
• Lead or support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Regression Testing activities.
• Plan and manage project deliverables and timelines, including impact assessments for changes, effort estimation, and milestone tracking.
• Draft functional specifications and communicate them effectively to technical development teams.
• Maintain and configure the global configuration master template, ensuring updates are in line with business needs and as requested by Accenture.
• Perform any related tasks or duties aligned with the consultant’s skill set as requested by Accenture.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations with a focus on Logistics and Warehousing.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain and logistics processes.
• Proven experience in working with large, global implementations.
• Ability to engage with stakeholders across different functions.
• Experience in writing functional specifications and working with development teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
