Sales trainee:

Minimum requirements:

• Position based in Germiston.
• Good knowledge of both written and spoken English and Afrikaans
• A completed matric certificate
• A proactive sales personality with a confident demeanour and strong communication skills Initial knowledge of animal husbandry and experience in the sale of agricultural capital goods
• Existing networks in the field of animal husbandry / animal feed are advantageous

Responsibilities:

• Identify and target potential customers in the poultry farming sectors.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, including farm owners.
• You will act as a direct point of contact for our customers
• Independent planning, implementation, and support of sales negotiations through to contract conclusion
• Acquiring new customers and visiting trade fairs
• Internal contact person and liaison
• Analyse market developments and be responsible for developing and implementing marketing and sales strategies in the region.
• Salary to be determined during the interview process.
• Initiative, the ability to organise yourself, willingness to travel and flexibility to round off your profile Ideally experience with a CRM system and confident handling of Microsoft Office products
