Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing office administration and ensuring efficient daily operations
  • Handling basic accounts, invoicing, and financial record-keeping
  • Assisting with sales administration, including processing orders and customer follow-ups
  • Updating and maintaining production schedules to ensure smooth workflow
  • Creating and managing reports using Excel (intermediate skills required)
  • Maintaining organised records, filing, and general data entry
  • Supporting the team with general admin and ad hoc tasks as needed

  • Strong Excel skills (formulas, spreadsheets, and data entry)
  • Experience with basic accounting and invoicing (Pastel or similar is a plus)
  • Ability to manage sales and production schedules with accuracy
