Finance Manager

The successful candidate will be a strong personality who can operate confidently in a demanding environment and is comfortable managing pressure and tight deadlines.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage day-to-day financial operations within the business.
• Prepare and review monthly management accounts and financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Analyse financial results and provide strategic insights to support business decision-making.
• Liaise with auditors and assist with the preparation of annual financial statements.
• Implement and improve financial controls, policies, and procedures.
• Support senior management with financial analysis and reporting.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• Newly qualified CA(SA) (non-negotiable).
• Completed articles with a reputable audit firm.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge and financial reporting skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong personality with the ability to operate in a high-pressure environment.
• Thick-skinned and able to manage challenging situations professionally.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office.
