Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with independent financial advisers
- Identify and pursue business development opportunities through analysis of adviser and client needs
- Prepare tailored quotes and provide strategic recommendations
- Deliver technical product training and support
- Assist advisers with product accreditations and present key selling points
- Handle technical product queries and manage objections professionally
- Promote innovative long-term insurance and investment product solutions

Minimum Requirements:
- Matric (Grade 12) or NQF Level 4 equivalent qualification
- Experience in the financial services industry
- Proven knowledge of long-term insurance and investment products
- Track record in a similar sales or broker support role
- Valid drivers license and own transport
- Proficiency with technology
- Strong communication skills in English (Afrikaans is an advantage)
