Minimum Requirements:

  • Speak Portuguese and Afrikaans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general office administration and clerical tasks to support daily operations.
  • Handle the filing of documents to ensure records are organised and easily accessible.
  • Process invoices and assist with basic financial administration.
  • Manage incoming orders and coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely fulfilment.
  • Provide support to the internal sales team, including preparing quotes and following up with customers.
  • Maintain office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • Assist with customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person in a professional manner.
  • Ensure data entry is accurate and up to date in relevant systems.
  • Support other team members with ad hoc administrative tasks as required.
