Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • Computer literacy

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Serve as the first point of contact for clients
  2. Respond to client queries via Business WhatsApp, email, and phone calls
  3. Schedule appointments and plan routes for field representatives
  4. Perform accurate data capturing
  5. Allocate payments and process approvals
  6. Generate invoices for completed work
  7. Confirm and reschedule appointments
  8. Handle general office tasks as required
  9. This is an office-based position
