Accounting and Tax Administrator
Description/Synopsis:
A boutique tax consulting firm is looking for a motivated Accounting and Tax Administrator to join their growing team. This hybrid role offers flexibility while gaining valuable exposure to tax administration, SARS compliance, company secretarial work, and accounting processes.
The successful candidate will provide administrative support to both the tax and accounting departments, assisting with SARS registrations, eFiling administration, CIPC company secretarial work, and client onboarding processes. The role offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals while building practical knowledge of South African tax regulations and compliance procedures.

Minimum Requirements:
- Matric certificate (required)
- Relevant administrative or accounting studies advantageous
- Previous administrative experience required
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Professional and client-focused mindset
- Experience with the following systems advantageous:
- SARS eFiling
