Invoicing Clerk

A well‑established engineering and services organization, based in Kempton Park, is looking to appoint an Invoicing Clerk to join their accounts team on a full‑time, office‑based basis. This role plays an integral part in ensuring all jobs and contract milestones are invoiced accurately and timeously to support monthly turnover targets.

The role requires close collaboration with multiple internal departments and regular communication with customers, making it ideal for someone who is confident, well‑presented, and comfortable working with people across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process invoices once jobs and contract milestones are approved for billing
• Prepare P.O.D and Stores Requisition reconciliations on a weekly basis
• Prepare and submit credit note request forms for management approval
• Issue and distribute tax invoices and credit notes to customers
• Maintain accurate filing of invoices and credit notes
• Communicate with customers regarding invoicing queries in a professional manner
• Support month‑end processes and ensure invoicing deadlines are met

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• Previous experience in an invoicing, billing, or accounts administration role
• Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
• Comfortable working in a structured, deadline‑driven office environment
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Confident dealing professionally with customers and internal stakeholders
• Ability to manage volume and follow processes consistently
• Experience in an engineering, technical, or services environment would be advantageous
