Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document business and functional requirements through stakeholder workshops and interviews
- Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications for the delivery team
- Support gap analysis between customer requirements and standard product capabilities
- Prepare process flows, requirement traceability matrices, and user stories as needed
- Support UAT planning and coordinate sign-off with business stakeholders
- Must-Haves
- Experience as a Business Analyst on telecom or enterprise software implementation projects
- Strong requirement-gathering and documentation skills
- Familiarity with BSS/OSS domain concepts preferred
- Good communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders
- Willingness to travel within South Africa as required
