Minimum Requirements:
- 23 years proven vehicle sales experience (new or pre-owned)
- Motor dealership experience is essential applications without this will not be considered
- Experience within a franchise dealership environment is highly advantageous
- Valid drivers license and reliable transport
- Solid understanding of sales processes, lead generation, and deal closing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- · Self-motivated, target-driven, and professionally presented
Key Responsibilities (but not limited to):
- Proactively prospect for new clients and follow up on existing leads
- Sell new or pre-owned vehicles to both walk-in and online customers
- Maintain exceptional customer satisfaction and support customer retention efforts
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and maintain accurate sales records
- Ensure full compliance with dealership policies and manufacturer standards
