Employee Relations Officer

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage disciplinary, grievance & incapacity processes
- Advise management on labour relations matters
- Represent the company at CCMA & Bargaining Councils
- Ensure compliance with labour legislation & company policies
- Build strong union & employee representative relationships
- Facilitate ER training & awareness initiatives
- Support HR projects, reporting & investigations
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in HRM, Industrial Psychology, or related field
- Advanced Diploma in Labour Law advantageous
- Minimum 5 years ER / IR experience in a unionized environment
- Strong CCMA & Bargaining Council experience
- Solid knowledge of disciplinary, grievance & incapacity procedures
- Strong communication, analytical & decision-making skills
- Sage 300 People experience advantageous
