Our client is a wellâestablished organisation based in Johannesburg North, operating in a complex, multiâproject environment. They are seeking a Senior Financial Manager to take ownership of financial reporting, compliance, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership, with strong exposure to external parties and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate relationships with external auditors
- Preparation and review of Annual Financial Statements
- Oversee VAT and Income Tax compliance and submissions
- Manage exposure to third parties, including insurance claims and fraudârelated matters
- Financial involvement in local tender processes
- Apply working knowledge of pension funds
- Oversight and management of loan structures and financing arrangements
- Ensure full IFRS compliance
- Deliver accurate and timely monthly financial reporting
- Manage and report across multiple projects
- Lead, manage, and develop finance team members
- Prepare and present financial information to external stakeholders
- Review management accounts and ensure reporting accuracy
- Compile and present monthly and quarterly reporting packs
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- CA(SA) or CIMA qualification (essential)
- 8+ years postâqualification experience
- Career profile aligned to approximately 12 years total experience
- Financial Services experience preferred (open to other industries)
- Proven people management and leadership experience
- Strong stakeholder engagement and reporting capability
- Confident operating in a structured, deadlineâdriven environment
