• Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound calls and enquiries from potential customers
• Understand customer needs and recommend the most suitable products or services
• Convert leads into confirmed sales while maintaining excellent customer service
• Keep systems up to date with accurate customer details and notes

• Support promotional campaigns and contribute to a positive sales culture

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
