Job Description:

  • Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
  • Assist with general administrative and clerical tasks
  • Provide support to various departments as needed
  • Admin duties, scanning and filing

Key Responsibilities:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer-facing role preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, approachable attitude
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and general office equipment
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized
  • Professional appearance and demeanour
