The Enterprise Architect is responsible for the management and control of all enterprise-wide IT methodology, standards, and processes. This role creates high-level technical end-to-end architectures to ensure IT solutions are fit for purpose, cost-efficient, and aligned with long-term business strategy.
Requirements & Competencies
Experience: 15+ years in IT Architect roles, including experience with ERP, CRM, Cloud, and BI.Education: BSc in Information Systems or similar; TOGAF certification.
Technical Knowledge: Deep expertise in Oracle/Microsoft technologies and architecture modelling.
Skills: Strong leadership, negotiation, and the ability to work under pressure on multiple initiatives
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Roadmap: Execute the long-term IT strategy and maintain Enterprise Architecture (EA) roadmaps for applications, cloud, and data.Governance: Enforce adherence to IT standards and policies while overseeing Security, Infrastructure, and Integration Architects.
Solution Design: Translate business requirements into effective IT solutions and provide high-level conceptual designs for projects.
Innovation: Scan the marketplace for innovative FMCG/CPG trends and identify digital transformation opportunities.
Consultancy: Provide expert guidance during RFI/RFP processes and project scoping.
Optimization: Reduce application proliferation by standardizing one application per business capability.
