Duty Manager

As the Duty Manager, you will support the day-to-day operations of a small, guest-focused hospitality environment. This is a practical, all-rounder role suited to someone who enjoys being on the floor, takes ownership, and can balance guest interaction with operational responsibilities.

Core Criteria:

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Strong understanding of stock control and basic admin processes
• Comfortable working in a hands-on, operational role
• Good communication and guest service skills
• Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently
• Flexible and adaptable in a small-team environment

Core Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily bar operations
• Conduct regular stock takes and maintain stock control
• Handle stock ordering and basic inventory management
• Assist with guest check-ins and guest interaction
• Support front-of-house operations as required
• Assist with general administrative duties
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operational flow
• Maintain service standards and a positive guest experience
• Step in where needed across the operation (hands-on support role)

This is a live in position, with accommodation and meals on duty included.
