General Foreman

We are looking for a hands-on construction professional with strong leadership skills, excellent site management capabilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality residential developments.

• Oversee and coordinate all daily construction site activities.
• Supervise foremen, subcontractors, artisans and general labour.
• Ensure projects are completed according to approved drawings, specifications and construction programmes.
• Monitor productivity, workmanship and quality standards.
• Enforce health and safety regulations on site.
• Coordinate materials, plant, equipment and labour requirements.
• Identify and resolve site-related challenges to maintain project progress.
• Liaise with site management, quantity surveyors, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Maintain effective site records and report on project progress.
• Drive projects towards successful completion within the required timeframes and quality standards.

• Proven experience as a General Foreman on residential building projects.
• Strong knowledge of building methods, construction sequencing and site operations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage multiple construction teams.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• A strong commitment to quality, safety and programme delivery.
• Valid driver's licence and reliable transport.
• Relevant construction qualifications will be advantageous.
