Junior Customer Service Representative

Role Overview

An exciting opportunity is available for a Junior Customer Service Representative based at King Shaka International Airport.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, assisting walk-in clients, and supporting daily branch operations. The role requires a proactive individual who can maintain a professional image, contribute to revenue generation through sales, and ensure smooth operational processes.

• Provide front counter customer service and drive sales of products and services
• Manage vehicle rentals, bookings, and related administration
• Conduct daily stock checks and ensure accurate record-keeping
• Coordinate vehicle deliveries, collections, and movement control
• Perform vehicle quality checks (mechanical condition and damages)
• Assist with claims and changeover processes
• Ensure smooth daily branch operations
• Maintain accurate data capturing and general administrative duties
• Support profitability through cost control and operational efficiency

• Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent
• Valid Code B or EB driver’s license with own reliable transport
• Computer literate (MS Office, including Excel)
• Willing and able to work shifts and weekends

• Strong customer service orientation
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Good administrative and organisational abilities
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Sales-driven with the ability to meet targets
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Positive attitude and professional work ethic

• Basic Salary: R8 000 – R9 000 per month
• Airport Allowance: R400 per month
