We are currently hiring German-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join an international customer support team based in Umhlanga.

Key Responsibilities- Provide professional customer support via phone, email, or chat
- Assist with inquiries, orders, returns, and general account support
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while ensuring high service quality
- Accurately document interactions in internal systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- German language proficiency between B2 and C2 level (written & spoken)
- Good command of English for internal communication
- Matric / Grade 12 qualification (essential)
- Previous customer service or call centre experience is advantageous
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working rotational shifts (including weekends if required)
- Basic computer literacy
- Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
