Our client are looking for a reliable and organised Administrative Assistant to support their daily office operations.The successful candidate will be responsible for answering telephone calls, performing basic administrative duties, and placing orders with suppliers, etc.
Experience with Pastel will be advantageous.Experience with debtors and creditors will be advantageous.
The ideal candidate should be willing to assist where needed and support general office operations to ensure smooth day-to-day running of the business.
Requirements:
- Grade 12 / Matric
- Drivers License
- Previous administrative or office experience (advantageous)
- Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer enquiries professionally
- Capture and process quotations, invoices, and purchase orders
- Maintain accurate filing systems (digital and physical)
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
- Perform data capturing and update company records
- Assist with stock control and basic inventory administration
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and general office documentation
- Provide general administrative support to management and staff
- Debtors and Creditors
