Duties and Responsibilities:
- General administrative support as required
- Basic knowledge of invoicing and reconciliations
- Assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks
- Co-ordinating and booking site visits/appointments
- Preparing and sending quotations to clients including generating and managing invoices
- Performing reconciliations and ensuring accuracy of financial records
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Must have experience with accounting software Sage
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication abilities
