Duties and Responsibilities:

  • General administrative support as required
  • Basic knowledge of invoicing and reconciliations
  • Assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Co-ordinating and booking site visits/appointments
  • Preparing and sending quotations to clients including generating and managing invoices
  • Performing reconciliations and ensuring accuracy of financial records

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar role preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Must have experience with accounting software Sage
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication abilities
