You will take ownership of building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring that their insurance needs are not only met, but anticipated. From structuring tailored cover to managing claims and renewals, youll be the trusted advisor who makes complexity feel effortless.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and secure new high-net-worth insurance clients
  • Conduct detailed needs analyses to identify gaps in existing cover
  • Structure and present tailored insurance solutions aligned to clients' needs
  • Manage the full policy lifecycle, including onboarding, servicing, renewals, and claims
  • Maintain strong, ongoing relationships through personalised engagement
  • Monitor client portfolios, including renewals, claims experience, and policy performance
  • Ensure that all documentation, compliance, and regulatory requirements are met
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless service
  • Drive portfolio growth while maintaining profitability and client satisfaction

Job Experience and Skills Required:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in short-term insurance (personal lines essential)
  • Proven experience working with high-net-worth clients
  • FAIS compliant (RE, credits, and Fit & Proper requirements)
  • Strong understanding of insurance products, policy structures, and underwriting principles
  • Experience in both sales and servicing environments
  • Excellent negotiation, advisory, and client engagement skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage a portfolio end-to-end
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
