Receptionist

The ideal candidate will have a warm, engaging personality and a passion for delivering world-class guest experiences in a refined hospitality environment.

Candidate Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist guests with professionalism and genuine hospitality.
• Manage check-ins, check-outs, and all front office procedures efficiently.
• Handle reservations, confirmations, and guest correspondence.
• Maintain accurate guest records and billing information.
• Liaise with all departments to ensure seamless communication and guest satisfaction.
• Assist with concierge services, including transfers, special requests, and activity coordination.
• Uphold the propertys high standards of presentation, service, and discretion

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience in a 5-star hospitality environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven experience in guest relations and reservations administration.
• Familiarity with Benson or similar property management systems is advantageous.
• Highly trustworthy, reliable, and attuned to detail.
• A team player with a polished and professional approach.
