Administrative Assistant
Call Centre Staffing Newlands
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Schedule meetings, handle office administration, and manage correspondence with clients and service providers.
- Client Assistance: Assist financial planners in servicing new and existing clients, preparing documentation, application forms, and follow-ups.
- Data Management: File, capture client data, and update spreadsheets and word documents.
- Transaction Follow-ups: Ensure the smooth implementation of new business and track client transactions.
- Client Communication: Be the initial point of contact for client queries and provide telephonic support.
Requirements:
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Industry experience in financial services is required.
- A post-matric qualification is advantageous.
- Own vehicle, transport, and drivers license.
- Fully bilingual.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of professionalism and a corporate appearance.
- Strong time management, organization, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Adobe PDFs, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
